A beautiful vintage 18ct yellow gold pinky amethyst heart and diamond ring. Setting has a lovely bow design with three white and glittering brilliant cut diamonds, and an articulated diamond and heart amethyst drop. The diamonds total 0.13 stamped inside shank. A fabulous one-of-a-kind vintage diamond heart ring.
