Vintage 14ct gold synthetic ruby solitaire ring, UK O.5, US 7.5

A gorgeous vintage 14ct gold synthetic ruby solitaire ring, in slightly rosy gold, with a decorative coronet setting. Adds a superb pop of vivid colour to your jewellery stack, it has a partial 585 Russian hallmark to the reverse of the shank.
