A beautiful antique 18ct yellow gold half hoop ring set with gorgeous blue sapphires and old cut diamonds in a lovely hand carved setting. The diamonds total approx 0.80ct  and are exceptionally white and sparkling, they look well in the high carat gold setting with the stunning sapphires.
