Antique 18ct gold Victorian ruby, garnet, sapphire, diamond cluster ring

A gorgeous antique Victorian 18ct gold cluster ring set with a central ruby surrounded by 3 garnets, and a paste replacement, four tiny rose cut diamonds and purple sapphires to the shoulders, with decorative scrolls to the shoulders and an engraved band. What a delightful mix of antique gemstones! Such a pretty ring, it has a locket at the back where once a glass may have kept a lock of hair which has been lost to time, she holds secrets of her past that we can only imagine. I have had this years in my personal collection for many years and it has remained uncleaned, I leave this to the new keeper to decide whether or not to remove the patina and glow up the gold. The gems are tested with a presidium gem tester.
