Antique 9ct yellow gold sapphire cabochon old cut diamond ring, UK P.5, US 8.25

A gorgeous vintage 9ct yellow gold gypsy ring set with a central pale blue sapphire cabochon flanked by two transitional cut diamonds in diamond shaped settings. The sapphire is a lovely mid cornflower blue and believed to be natural, it looks extremely well in the smooth gold band, the diamonds are approx 8 points each, nice and sparkly with a few natural inclusions visible under magnification. A beautiful vintage sapphire and diamond gypsy ring in the antique style, so smooth and easy to wear I adore this style of ring; the perfect stacker, wonderful when worn alone but a great companion ring for other colourful jewels, and what an incredible alternative wedding or engagement ring.
