A beautiful antique 9ct yellow gold little puffy heart charm set with a central pearl and rubies and opals radiating from it, a charming and dainty piece. This is one for my antique gem-set heart charm lovers, so sweet and colourful, it has a very small jump ring which you may prefer to get changed first a larger one.
