Antique 9ct gold opal old cut diamond charm

A beautiful antique 9ct gold multi coloured opal with an old mine cut diamond drop, a conversion from an antique stick pin to a delightful charm. The opal is a rainbow of colour, the diamond seriously sparkling in a little coronet setting, very charming and wearable. My jeweller has added a large 9ct gold jump ring to accommodate most gold chains.
